Injury worries continue at Manchester City as John Stones has been been ruled out for weeks with muscular injury. Manchester City manager Pep Guardiola is not happy happy to see his defenders going through injury as the new season campaign begin.
“He is out four, five or six weeks. He was injured in training this morning. It is a muscular problem, Guardiola said. For me as a manager it is an incredible challenge. But I believe in something people don’t know about – spirit and commitment. We will make steps forward to solve this problem.”
Recently John Stones return from short term injury on Saturday from same muscular problem. John Stones was paired with Otamendi in centre defence against Norwich on Saturday when Manchester City lost to Norwich city 3-2. Pep has backed his defenders for weekend away loss.
