Borussia Dortmund new signing Erling Haaland has scored 12th goals in eight games for Dortmund as he added to the score sheet today to help Dortmund beat Werder Bremen 2-0 to continue Bundesliga title chase.
Dan-Axel Zagadou had converted from Jadon Sancho’s 52nd-minute corner to open the scoring at the Weserstadion. Dortmund are four points behind leaders Bayern Munich, who scored late to beat bottom side Paderborn on Friday.
They sit third after RB Leipzig thrashed Schalke 5-0 later on Saturday to move to within one point of Bayern.
Haaland, who signed from Red Bull Salzburg in December, scored twice against Paris St-Germain on Tuesday as Dortmund recorded a 2-1 first-leg victory against the French champions.
